NSW alt/rock outfit Old Haunts are dropping their brand new track 'Are You Sure This Is Fun' today, and it packs a punch of heaviness. Featuring chugging riffs contrasted against hauntingly melodic vocals, the song dives into feelings of anxiety one often feels going through an addiction. The brains behind the band, Neil Foley explains:

"‘Are You Sure This is Fun?’ is a song written about the struggles of addiction. The ups and downs of the music itself are a direct reflection of the physical and emotional toll taken; the battles we all face when grappling with anxiety and mental health."

If his name looks familiar to you, then you may have heard of his former band Elia Fell, who played throughout NSW for 15 years and even did a stint on the Vans Warped Tour. Old Haunts is Foley's new musical project and it's definitely a progressively heavier vibe than Elia Fell, that's for sure. In fact, it's definitely a vibe!
