'Place Your Debts' is a slow burn jam that draws you in initially with frontman Jim Adkins' iconic vocal delivery and an alluring (almost 80s) backing synth that sticks around for the entirety of the song. There's a slow drum beat throughout from Zach Lind that builds up to a beautiful crescendo of atmospheric proportions.
