Evanescence Unveil New Single for Female Empowerment 'Use My Voice'

Evanescence are back with their third single this year, 'Use My Voice' and it's an empowering rock anthem for female empowerment. The track follows previous singles 'Wasted On You' and 'The Game Is Over' and makes up the first taste of what's to come from the band's forthcoming album, The Bitter Truth.

For 'Use My Voice', frontwoman Amy Lee has rounded up her closest girlfriends to lend their voices over the chorus, including Lzzy Hale (Halestorm) and Taylor Momsen (The Pretty Reckless). Now that's what I call girlpower! The Evanescence frontwoman shares:

“This is an era of awakening, and full of powerful beauty. I hope to inspire others to seek truth, find their own voices and use them as I step up to use mine. Don’t let anybody speak for you. Only you can do that.”
