dayseeker Commence Next Era with Brand New Offering 'Pale Moonlight'

It's been a hot minute since we last heard from dayseeker camp!
Following their live appearances with Beartooth and Pierce The Veil across Australia in 2023, the band returned for their own headliner in 2024 (our Melb coverage here) and frontman Rory Rodriguez settled further into fatherhood. Music-wise, the band dropped their last album Dark Sun in 2022 and followed it up with an acoustic + collab release in 2024 titled Replica. Since then, we have been waiting (im)patiently for their triumphant return, and now it's time to lose yourself a brand new song.
Titled 'Pale Moonlight' the post-hardcore outfit have dropped the song along with a corresponding music video and to say it was worth the wait is an understatement. Commencing with a slow burn introduction it's not long before Rory's delicate vocals hit you like a warm cup of coffee, but when the song opens up with Zac Mayfield's intricate drum fills, you'll be taken to heaven without losing your life. The song oozes sexual prowess (think Bad Omens sexy) and will become a staple singalong at all future shows, especially as you try and stop yourself from belting out the words 'Dancing with the devil in the Pale Moonlight' - especially before that breakdown - uffff!!
On the comeback track, Rory says:
"Pale Moonlight is about giving into your vices... It's about the addiction to things that you know are toxic for you — but you simply can't stop yourself."
The new single marks the start of an exciting new era for the group and eager fans can get in in their ears right now.
