Modern-day pop-punk heroes, The Story So Far have FINALLY made their explosive return to the world after half a decade since critically acclaimed 2018 album Proper Dose.
Keeping to the resounding formula we heard on Proper Dose, the California outfit continues to polish off their past adolescent style, and reinforce their latest track ‘Big Blind’ with a captivating blend of enthralling melodies, dynamic rhythms and formidably commanding vocals. Like a fine wine, Parker Cannon’s delivery has improved and aged incredibly well, while retaining that angsty grit we heard on Debut LP Under Soil and Dirt (2011), and just like the guitars, he also evolved with a cleaner, stronger tone.
While no future music is presently in sight The Story So Far will be playing Is For Lovers Festival (IA, USA) on August 19th before heading over the pond to support pop-punk Dads Blink 182 on their upcoming UK/EU tour alongside select headline shows.
