As far as return-to-forms go, Asking Alexandria are leading the charge with their new tunes from upcoming 8th studio album Where Do We Go From Here? which is set to drop on August 25th via Better Noise Music.
So far, the three singles dropped - including 'Dark Void', 'Psycho' and 'Bad Blood' have featured that iconic melodic performance from Danny Worsnop, amongst some heavy instrumental and ominous synth, creating tension and plenty of moments to break out during breakdowns. Danny's screams sound so full and pure and it's great to see the band firing on all cylinders again.
Fun Fact: We caught up with the band backstage at Download Festival UK - for our upcoming AfterFilm - and they said they're most proud of this upcoming release, signalling it to feature some of their favourite songs they've ever written.
Could we be looking at Album of the Year material from Asking Alexandria in 2023? Sure sounds like it! Their last release in 2021 was See What’s On the Inside which was followed up with the EP Never Gonna Learn in 2022.
