Paramore's Hayley Williams addresses mental health struggles with fans + announces break

It's no secret mental health struggles target and hit the majority of us and it doesn't matter if you're a popular, well-known identity or an ordinary John Smith or Jane Doe, it doesn't discriminate. But when it hits you hard enough that you need to take a break from it all, you have to listen to your body and go with what it's telling you and that's what the go is with Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams who has addressed her mental health struggles in a lengthy post on Instagram.
In the post, Williams stated:
"I am careful not to sensationalize issues around mental health as it's such a sensitive and very layered conversation for every individual. yet, i feel it's really important to clarify that while I have spoken openly about my mental health during After Laughter, i could never fully admit to nor bring myself to go get a true diagnosis for my own issues until recently. i'm working really hard on getting strong for myself"
She also stated she'll be taking an extended break from social media (her first since 2015) to focus on her new hair dye project Good Dye Young, which is a Vegan and Cruelty-Free product that she also worked in the head office for. Her social media team will be operating her accounts to keep everyone up to date on Paramore and her new business venture.
Hayley left fans with a piece of advice stating:
"please take care of yourselves and try to believe that you are worth more than just "okay"... or "been better"... or "can't complain...". i think we are all worth experiencing joy. we are worth feeling hope"

Great advice. We all need to take a break every now and then from the world and everything life throws at us and you need to back yourself, even when times are tough and you're struggling to make it through.
We wish Haley all the best with combating her struggles and encourage anyone reading this who needs help with theirs to reach out to the right and recommended people for assistance.
