Brazilian metal titans Sepultura have announced their final Australia dates for March 2026. The tour takes in five capital cities with a career spanning setlist from their most well known classics to deeper cuts and more recent material from 2020’s Quadra.
It wasn’t long after their last visit here, for the 2023 Good Things Festival, that the quartet announced they would be splitting after more than 40 years. At their sideshows, Andreas Kisser told the crowd that every show was being recorded for a celebratory live album. That album hasn’t been officially announced yet so it might be that these upcoming shows are being recorded too. We’ve already compiled our favourite 40 songs from their career so peep this feature to get excited for this farewell tour.
“We’ve always had the best fans in the world, who supported us with praise and criticism, who were demanding and intelligent, who grew together with the band and have always been loyal,” the band says. “Without you, none of this would have been possible. This album and this tour are for you. Dear SepulNation, we love you and always will.”
