Post-hardcore baddies Rain City Drive have been proving time and time again their talent deserves to be showcased to the world and, finally, Australian fans will get the chance to catch the foursome down under on their debut Aussie run - yes, including you Perth & Adelaide!
No strangers to the scene, long term fans will know the band formerly went under the name Slaves before rebranding in 2021 as RCD. The Florida locals never let the rebrand halt their growth and produced three studio albums - 2020's To Better Days, 2022's Self-titled and Things Are Different Now last year.
Notably, their collaboration with dayseeker on 'Medicate Me' launched them into unfathomable heights and proved they're a force to be reckoned with.
Meanwhile TX2 have been making their own waves in the alternative scene after touring with Ice Nine Kills and only yesterday released the "pettiest song I’ve ever written" in the form of 'The Rain', an alt-rock tuuune that opens up wide for the final climax which will without a doubt open up a mosh of its own when played in a live setting.
Rounding out the lineup is Australia's very own trailblazers Melrose Avenue who are riding their own wave of success with a SOLD OUT Australian Tour under their belts and just this week were announced to play Download Festival UK's 2026 lineup alongside fellow Aussies Thornhill, Pendulum and Headwreck. The guys have made a following in the US after touring with Ice Nine Kills and The Funeral Portrait and now they're set to grow their presence in their own country and what better way to do it than on this run!
If you're looking for the next wave of talent in the alt scene, go no further than this trio of upcomers who are ready to showcase why they deserve your attention.
