Since their first release in 2016, Gippsland's Ocean Sleeper have been charging forward on the path of an upwards trajectory, garnering the attention of melodic metalcore fans across the country. As the quartet prepares for their upcoming completely SOLD OUT national tour, they have taken the time to gift us with their first single since last year's drop 'Heaven'.
Titled 'Lonely Love', the track shines a light on the group's ability to create a melodically catchy anthem. Moving forward with a pop punk essence, especially with the inclusion of guest vocalist Lil Lotus, this song further encapsulates the group's abilities to conquer a range of styles and sounds. This is sure to leave many of us scratching our heads as we wonder what they will do next.

If 'Lonely Love' tells us anything, its that after eight years, this genre-crossing act can seamlessly do no wrong. As the group shows no signs of slowing down, it would be safe to say that if you have missed out on buying tickets for their upcoming tour, you sure as hell must be licking your wounds. Don't be too hard on yourself though, they'll tour again at some point in the future... if you're lucky ;)
