Greyscale Records have been signing hit band after hit band lately and one of their new roster acts is HEAVENSGATE who are set to drop their debut EP AND ALL I LOVED, I LOVED ALONE on Feb 24th in partnership with 1126 Records.
So far we've heard 'CHEMICAL HEAVEN' and 'SHEMOVESLIKETHUNDER' both offering bellowing screams and fantastic guitars, which continue on into this new track, titled 'GINSICK', also sporting some delicious blastbeats underneath Nazareth Tharratt's screams that take the listener on a journey of highs and guttural lows! The song itself is about the aftermath following a failed relationship - and the trials and tribulations that follow throughout the grieving process - carefully written in a personal open letter to said past lover.
On the band's upcoming EP, they shared:
"‘AND ALL I LOVED, I LOVED ALONE’ explores a diverse range of concepts but also retains the familiar elements that listeners connected with in our previous singles... It's a culmination of a lifetime worth of experiences."
Keep counting down the days until this debut EP receives its monstrous release!
