I don't know about you, but Stand Atlantic's latest album, Pink Elephant (our review here) hasn't left my regular listening schedule since August and is one of the top highlights of 2020. While not being able to see the band in their live element is probably the worst thing to ever exist (c'mon now, we just want to mosh to 'Eviligo' already), Stand Atlantic are saying "fuck you" to 2020 and performing via live stream, during the happiest time of year. Yeah that's right, it'll be around that time between Christmas and New Year where nobody knows what time or day it is. What a perfect excuse to escape those family gatherings.
For us lucky Aussies though, this serves as the perfect teaser for the band's upcoming national tour which is scheduled to run in February/March 2021. With Sydney's date already gone and limited tickets still remaining for Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne's show, experiencing Stand Atlantic live is set to be a hot ticket for the return of live music to Australia next year (fingers and toes crossed guys).
