Since BABYMETAL made their Australian debut at Good Things Festival in 2018, the Japanese metal prodigies have won over crowds with their enigmatic approach to heavy metal meets J-Rock and we are all better off for it. Having left their mark on the Aussie festival scene, the band returns in March 2026 in celebration of new album METAL FORTH and their biggest and boldest venture yet, a massive Arena run with some very special guests.
New Delhi nu-metallers Bloodywood will finally be touching down (after years of visa issues) in support of their own new record, Nu Delhi, which has resulted in the outfit making notable traction around the world through the heavy scene. Their stellar live set will draw in an instant connection as they showcase their ferocious display of nu-metal with a touch of India and we are all better off for it.
Having witnessed the lads live at Download Fest UK in 2023, it's safe to say you're in for a treat if they've been high on your bucket list to see.
The dynamics between both Asian acts will leave fans in awe and open up a new world of discovery outside of our own country when the pair head off around the country, kicking things off in Perth on March 12, heading to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and wrapping up in Brisbane at the infamous Riverstage on March 22.
Both bands have collaborated with each other in the past, and the possibility of seeing an Aussie debut of songs like 'Bekhauf' or 'Kon! Kon!' will be worth the price of admission alone.
