When it comes to crossing off huge goals career wise, you can't look past what Broken Earth achieved in 2025. From releasing 'Rainmaker' in the middle of the year, to seeing it soar with over 100,000 streams is nothing short of fantastic. They followed it up with a co-headliner alongside NTH RD which was grouse.

I genuinely believe that Headwreck could get on every international festival and still be underrated. The winning streak they've been on since 'Buzzsaw' is insane and they’re only gonna get stronger moving into 2026 - keen to see what's next for them!
BEST GIG YOU PLAYED THIS YEAR AND WHY?
Easily playing the Enmore Theatre to a sold out crowd opening for The Ghost Inside and Bleed From Within was something beyond our wildest imagination for this year! In true Sydney fashion the crowd gave us their all, and all the bands and crew were some of the kindest people we’ve ever come across. A night to remember for a long time - cant wait to play there again ;)
TELL US ABOUT A CAREER HIGHLIGHT YOU HAD IN 2025
There’s been so many this year alone! One that stands out for me is playing our co-headline tour with Nth Rd in July! We booked all of it independently with Nth Rd and that experience and subsequent unexpected success was such an amazing career landmark, and we couldn’t have asked to do it with better fellas
WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATE OF NEW MUSIC?
We've been sitting on some new stuff for a few months now- just currently in the finalizing stages - one of the songs we’ve actually been playing live since July for anyone who’s been paying attention!
For those who are fans of what we’ve been putting out, expect there to be an evolution of that sound with a bit more of a twist on some of the softer elements. For fans of the heavy, there's plenty more where that came from!
ANY SNEAK PEEKS OF INBOUND PLANS NEXT YEAR?
Look I'm not saying we’re finally gonna release something more than singles, but I'm also not not saying that either….
