Yours Truly Celebrate Their Most Exciting Year Yet In 'Afterglow' Video
Sydney pop punk act Yours Truly began their year opening up Unify GATHERING with a short but electrifying set, announced they'd joined the UNFD gang and released their killer debut EP, Afterglow (our review here). Since then, this young band proved to us and everyone else that they're Australia's next best musical exports by venturing overseas to play the UK edition of Download Festival, then USA's Riot Festival and played support in the USA for Senses Fail.
Yours Truly also embarked on their first ever headline tour of Australia back in August, and to celebrate their most successful year yet, they've shared the memories in a brand new music video for 'Afterglow'.
Frontwoman Mikaila Delgado shares that:
"'Afterglow' is one of my favourite songs off the EP. We love playing this song live so it was fitting to put out a video full of footage from our first time in the UK and our very first Australian tour. We really wanted to capture the energy and excitement this year has brought us on and off the stage and hope you feel a bit of that too!"
Yours Truly are set to play next month's edition of Good Things Festival alongside A Day To Remember, Simple Plan and Simple Creatures before working on some new material to release next year. This young act are definitely ones to watch in 2020 and beyond!
