The Raconteurs/Saboteurs have released their first taste of new music in well over 10 Years

UPDATE: 20th December - The band have also been added to the already impressive lineup for Bluesfest 2019 alongside Iggy Pop, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Paul Kelly and heaps more.
Musical madman Jack White has returned to his beloved bandmates in The Raconteurs (or as we call them in Australia, The Saboteurs) consisting of Jack Lawrence, Brendan Benson and Patrick Keeler to unleash their first pieces of new music in well over a decade. Their last album Consolers of the Lonely was released wayyyy back in March 2008 and from there Mr. White released three albums with The Dead Weather and tried his hand at a solo career too, releasing a further three albums with that venture.
Now, the band is back with two new songs offered up for fans (from a forthcoming album set for release in 2019), including 'Sunday Driver' and 'Now That You're Gone' both of which are very guitar focused, indie rock gems certainly guaranteed to get you shaking that arse of yours.
For those not in the know, let us catch you up on the band's naming issue before you go on. Back in 2005, there was already a band in Queensland, Australia called Raconteurs who had already established themselves with the name prior. After the QLD based band rejected financial offers for their name to be bought out, the Detriot four-piece were forced to rename themselves down under as The Saboteurs. Confusing? Well all you need to do if you're in Australia is search for their Aussie Name on various streaming platforms and you'll find what you're looking for.
Anyway, check out the tracks below.
