The Misfits are returning to Australia

Holy Shit. The influential punk band The Misfits are set to make their return to Austalia just before Christmas and will be performing their classic albums "Static Age" and "Earth AD" in full amongst other great tracks form their back catalogue. For a band that started back in the late 70's and is still recognisable to this day you know they are doing something right. The band has also been a huge influence for other bands such as Metallica, Guns 'n Roses, NOFX, Cradle of Filth and so many more who have all covered at least one of their songs in the past. Not bad for a band that have been doing the rounds for the better half of 30 years.

Get your "Fiend Skull" shirts out of the cupboard, slick your hair into a Mohawk and get ready to party like your parents probably did back in the day.
