Sleep On It Drop New Single 'Falling Further Faster'!

US pop punk four-piece Sleep On It only just released their sophomore album, Pride & Disaster (our 10/10 review here) last September, but these boys are keen to become a staple in your pop punk playlist this year. They've just released a brand new single called 'Falling Further Faster', which was the final song written during the Pride & Disaster studio sessions.

This song features their energetic pop punk sound that we've grown to love from the boys, and is quite frankly, a banger. To promote the single, the band called on their US fans to exercise their right to register to vote in the upcoming US elections later this year. Those that registered received early access to the new single:

“We here at Sleep On It believe strongly in educating yourself about large-scale issues and how the decisions of elected officials affect us all. We are not here to stand on a soapbox and tell people how to vote; rather, our goal is to encourage you all to learn and get involved. We believe it is very important. Your voice and your vote matter.”

Sleep On It are set to head out on their first headline tour of the US next month, and they've brought Australian pop punk act Between You and Me along for the ride. With a lineup that's also set to feature Canadians Bearings and US young upcomers Neverkept, it's no surprise that half the tour has already sold out. Meanwhile, we're kind of hoping the success of this tour will lead the band into international waters. Fingers crossed!
