Simple Plan's GTF Sideshows Have Announced Support Bands!

As part of their Good Things Festival appearances in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane next month, Canadian pop/punks Simple Plan have also announced two sideshows for the Gold Coast and Adelaide. Today we just got the news that not one but TWO bands will be playing alongside the pop/punk legends on Tuesday 10th December at CBD Live - Stateside and Waxflower!

Stateside were previously the opening act on Simple Plan's last Australian tour back in April 2018, and they killed it then as did frontwoman Erin Reus with her guest vocals alongside Pierre Bouvier for their hit song, 'Jet Lag'. They were also the local openers for Good Things in Brisbane last year, and since then the band have been pretty quiet. After a nice break for the band, here's hoping this is the start of a new, exciting chapter for Stateside!

Also opening Simple Plan's Gold Coast show will be Brisbane newcomers Waxflower. These guys are fairly new to the scene, having only released two songs so far, but what they've got so far is catchy pop/rock, (reminiscent of early 2000's Australian pop/punk). Waxflower is a solid addition to this show!

Joining Simple Plan on Thursday 12th December in Adelaide will be Bearclaw Camp and Pemberton.
