Rumours Incredibly Step Up Their Game With 'Incredulous'
When you come across a band it's usually instant love or growing appreciation over time and the latter is how I've felt with Rumours. They have a sound to them that's great but I feel they needed a bit more time to hone in on that and low and behold, they've come back with a track that has exceeded my expectations called 'Incredulous'.
According to frontman Jackson Bentley:
"the song is basically about if you were to find yourself in another world surrounded by alien life, or a different form of living being, how many people would still disbelieve in what stood before them?"
Take it as you will but it can also be used for today's society and the alienation issues many of us feel on a daily basis. The song itself was produced/mixed by the one and only Chris Lalic (Windwaker) so you know he put his heart and soul into making it sound noice and the end result? Well, give it a listen and see...
The guys will be heading out on an East Coast headline run in celebration of the new song alongside Inertia.
