Its a statement that's caused a stir with fans online after Dream On, Dreamer announced via their Facebook Page that tonight's show at the Bendigo Hotel "will be our last hometown show for a long time"...

Now we know, it's the internet and we should take anything we read with a grain of salt and maybe just look at what's being said e.g. "last hometown show" meaning last show in Melbourne, so there could be something in the pipeline or an international show instead of a hiatus of split which is what most fans are calling/discussing.

The guys just wrapped up a huge co-headline Australian Tour alongside The Getaway Plan (our Sydney coverage here), as well as a slot at UNIFY Gathering earlier in the year, so maybe they could be chucking a Northlane/In Hearts Wake and taking a much needed break, especially since frontman Marcel Gadacz was diagnosed with cancer shortly after the release of their 2015 album Songs Of Soulitude. The band have also undergone a few lineup changes in the past so maybe it's just time for them to recharge the batteries and get back on track again. Maybe even work on some new material!?

Either way, if you're in Melbourne, don't miss your chance to catch the guys one last time for a little bit tonight in Collingwood!
