Days Like These Return with New Single 'Gravity'

Brisbane post-hardcore outfit Days Like These have returned with an evolving new sound on latest single 'Gravity'. Their first release since alt/rock anthems 'Antidote' and 'The Absolute' in 2019, the song also marks a brand new chapter for the band as they welcome two new members, Connor Robins and Jamo Benadie.
'Gravity' sees Days Like These pushing out some of their strongest melodies to date, blending together anthemic riffs with electronic beats, which introduces a groovy, nu-metal style for the upcoming act from Brisbane. Frontman Callen Batson shares his own thoughts on what 'Gravity' means for the future of the band and where they're currently at:
"'Gravity' is a song about feeling lost and out of place while the world continues around you. It’s the first single off of our upcoming EP, ‘Wide Awake’ and sets the tone for the rest of the release without spoiling any surprises. This body of work lead us to discover who we are as artists and who we wanted to be, and we were sure to have the visuals represent that as well."
After experimenting musically the past two years, it sounds like Days Like These have finally found the style that best represents them as a unit, and I'm looking forward to hearing more when their Wide Awake EP finally drops on May 14.
