As we reported a few hours ago Alpha Wolf have parted ways with frontman Aidan Ellaz amid sexual assault allegations and cancelled all upcoming shows which also included the band's slot on the first ever Download Festival in Melbourne on March 24.

The festival promoters just revealed that Cursed Earth has also withdrawn from performing at the festival after the band revealed they are currently without a vocalist on their Facebook page. Unconfirmed reports state this is also due to assault allegations which we won't go into detail about until further correspondence has been made from band or label. Frontwoman Jazmine Luders was also absent from UNIFY 2018.

Download Festival Melbourne stated they are looking at replacements who will be announced in the coming days and that they do not condone any form of violence, abuse or harassment.

Read the full statement below and stay tuned over the next few days for who will be taking their two remaining positions.
