Check In to Queensland Punks Fake News' Punky New Track!

Upcoming Queensland punk band Fake News have dropped the first song from their forthcoming album, Everyday Warrior and it's a high-energy, catchy punk song that doesn't stray too far from fellow Aussies Stone Lions and Wishful Thinking. To celebrate the new track, the boys revisited their high school days for some added nostalgia:

"The clip was a blast to make. We got the keys to the whole school from a mate we know and just did our own thing, the whole joint was ours for as long as we liked, then in the afternoon filming at Moe's Desert Clubhouse. It was such a fun day, they ran out of beer kegs. It was a big party full of legends..."

Presenting a youthful blend of Australian punk rock and catchy pop punk, Fake News are anything but what their band name implies. The new song is cheeky, fun and all too real, so their new album, Everyday Warrior will surely roll down your alley if you're all about frivolous riff energy and skate park tunes on the weekend.

Fake News' new album Everyday Warrior is out July 21.
