On September 28, 2004 - The Used burst back onto the scene with their sophomore album In Love And Death - and it caused a reaction felt across the entire alternative scene that is still spoken about to this day.

Fast forward almost 21 years later and the emo/post-hardcore outfit celebrated the album's success by playing it in full in front of a crowd of elder emos - all eager to relive the classic tracks which shaped their formative years; many of which were introduced to heavy music because of it.

We navigated through the EKKA crowds (unfortunately missing openers Hands Like Houses) with side parted fringes and our tightest jeans ready to burst out screaming from opening track 'Take It Away', and the band's biggest hit, 'I Caught Fire' alongside the all-inclusive singalong for anthemic ballad 'All That I've Got'.

What a night, what an album.
