After years of being subjected to East Coast Only Tours and Festivals.... the organisers from the Adelaide born Froth & Fury Festival have joined forces with Perth-based heavy music promoters Soundworks Direct Presents to deliver a decent sized, multi-stage music festival experience that'll ruffle some feathers in the local scene... and we're all here for it.

For the past few years, Froth & Fury has grown from a simple small-scale festival, to the enterprise it is slowly becoming and with this year's stacked lineup, it's safe to say it's going to be a fan-favourite for years to come.

Headlining the 2026 outing is none other than Polaris, who have not only been grinding their way up the echelon in Australia for the past 12 years, but they've more than proven themselves overseas as well. Signalling their heightened popularity in metalcore on a global scale, the awesome foursome lead the festival charge for the first time in Australia since their co-headline slot at Knight & Day Festival back in 2021.

You wanted more heavy bands, you got it!

Joining the lineup is none other than a double dose of Max Cavalera metal madness with Soulfly and Nailbomb both entering the chat with an arsenal of neck-snapping, thrashy as fuck tunes at the ready - Froth & Fury is made extra special by the fact it also marks Nailbomb's first-ever appearance in down under which is nothing short of mind-blowing in itself.

Still not heavy enough for you? Why not wrap your ears around the likes of technical death metal outfit Archspire, Norwegian black metal band Abbath and death metal delights Aborted who are all set to melt faces with their ferocious display of heavy metal - more so than on some recent festival announcements and guaranteed to please even the harshest of critics.

Lagwagon, In Hearts Wake and Ocean Sleeper are also in line to hit the stage, as are Frenzal Rhomb, Private Function, Terminal Sleep and core scene upcomers Zuko - with Adelaide only performances for Comeback Kid (celebrating 20 years of Wake the Dead) and Gridiron rounding out the first announcement - and the best part is there's plenty more to come...

With a big focus on bands, beers, markets and more, this licenced ALL AGES festival will get you frothing furiously in no time and contemplating a trip to get in on the action - or suffering incredibly from FOMO.

Pre-sale tickets are available now and General Public go up for grabs on Wednesday July 23 at 9am ACST Time // 7am AWST via the website!
