It's been a couple of months since Black Open Air announced their initial lineup of the underground's heaviest and most unrelenting names hitting the dead centre of Australia for the 2025 festival outing - revisit that announcement here.
And today, the next instalment of names have been unleashed, filling up the poster and the stages awaiting them in the Northern Territory.
Leading the charge is Australia's favourite punks FRENZAL RHOMB who are continuing their A Man's Not A Camel 25ish Anniversary celebrations and will deliver non-stop fun and unrestraint antics in the process.
International acts including Japan's FATE GEAR and Taiwan's DHARMA are also venturing to the dead centre, as will DIVIDE AND DISSOLVE, WILDFIRE MANWURRK, FULL TONE GENERATOR, ALARUM, JALANG, ISUA, MULGA BORE HARD ROCK, MALCURA, RUN, DIPLOID, THE BLACK SWAMP, THE HOLY DIMES, SCAPHIS, WRITHING, RINSER, TOMBFEEDER, BUNNY RACKET, NGLAH, KOH, LETHAL CORRUGATION and rounding out the fresh meat is Gold Coast brutalists SNAKE MOUNTAIN.
The new breed join the likes of Earthless, Blood Duster, Uada, Battlesnake, Southeast Desert Metal, Gutalax, Hidden Intent, Terminal Sleep, Witchskull, Brant Bjork Trio, DAHTM, Fuxache, Nicholas Cage Fighter, Carcinoid, Scarnon, Kilat, Slim Krusty, and DAWN who are all set to dominate the desert between September 19-22 at the infamous Ross River Resort.
According to organiser Pirate, the festival is over 50% sold - so if the new announcement has sent your tongue's wagging, it's best you secure your tickets to avoid disappointment.
