A hard rockin' band with a 20 year career & album sales numbering in the tens of millions would surely have seen every corner of the globe by now, right?

Not if the band is Godsmack. The veteran Massachusetts metallers have somehow never seen Australian shores - despite having delivered three consecutive number one albums, numerous singles garnering high-rotation radio play, and even now have the chance every year to celebrate GODSMACK DAY (August 6th) in the US city of Boston, as proclaimed earlier this year by Mayor Marty Walsh (I'm not kidding)!

It beggars belief that despite all those accolades, Aussie Godsmack fans have never had the chance to rock out to the boys Down Under - but with time, things change and come Soundwave 2015, it's finally going to happen.
